Recently, the 10^th China Intellectual Property Forum and the 5^th Science and Technology Innovation Forum was successfully held in Beijing, during which the Organizing Committee of the Intellectual Property Forum officially released the 2023 Ranking of Chinese Intellectual Property and Anti-monopoly Service Capacities. The ranking is based on the research project on intellectual property and anti-monopoly service capability set up by the Power-nation Platform. According to intellectual property service capability criteria, the list is formed by verifying the information of law firms, agencies and lawyers, and top 10 cases published by the Supreme People’s Court, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and China National Intellectual Property Administration over the past year on the basis of the materials provided by law firms, agencies and lawyers.
